Cancelled Orders
Please be informed that in case you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed and dispatched to you, you will need to return the goods to Adonis so that we can process your refund. We will refund the entire amount of the order, except for the shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Please note that during a promotional period, shipping costs may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out. Refunds for mind change or wrong size or item selection will be issued after the actual shipping costs have been deducted. If a refund is requested due to mind change or wrong size selection, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Exchange & Return Policy
If you receive any items that are faulty or damaged. In such an event, please return the items within 7 days, and we will be more than happy to offer a replacement or refund. However, kindly note that our management may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages at their discretion.
